Owner & Colorist
Angela Jones
Angela Jones has called Palm Springs home her entire life. After more than 20 years behind the chair, she opened angelajoneshair in 2021 with a clear vision: to create the kind of salon where people feel like they're walking into a friend's home. She renovated the space herself with that feeling in mind — warm, personal, and completely unhurried. She built her team around one simple idea. Every client who walks through the door deserves a stylist who actually listens. This is her town. She'd love to do your hair.
Senior Stylist
Samuel Harris
Sam has been behind the chair for over 20 years, and it shows in every cut. His career began in San Francisco, where he apprenticed under renowned stylist Kenny Burke — a foundation that shaped his meticulous approach to cuts, color, and client relationships. Sam has since completed advanced cutting programs at some of the most respected hair academies in the country, and he continues his education every year, because he believes the best stylists never stop learning. His goal is straightforward: listen carefully to what each client wants, then deliver it. Every single time.
Senior Stylist
Andrew Velberg
Thirty-five years in, Andrew Velberg still loves what he does, and his clients feel it. Formally trained at industry-leading academies across the US, his experience spans New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. He also served as an educator at a leading salon academy, bringing that depth of knowledge to every client he works with. His guests don't just come back for their hair. They come back because an appointment with Andrew genuinely feels like the best part of their week.
Senior Colorist
Jeffery Miller
Jeffery has been doing color for over 35 years and has the awards to prove it. Starting in Madison, WI, his career has taken him across the country and onto the international stage. Formally trained at industry-leading academies across the US, Jeffery has been featured in national and international photo shoots, catalogues, and magazines. He owned and operated FLIRT Salon in Denver for over 15 years, where his color work earned him the title of Top Colorist in Denver. After 10 years of visiting Palm Springs and falling deeper in love with the community, Jeffery made it his permanent home.
Stylist & Colorist
Lindsey Nicole
Now officially a desert local after 11 years in the Coachella Valley, Lindsey began her career in Orange County nearly two decades ago. With 18 years behind the chair, her passion for hair was shaped through advanced education with industry-leading brands including Joico, L'Oréal, TIGI, R+Co, and Oribe, alongside some of the most respected educators and colorists in the industry. Specializing in customized color and precision cutting, she combines technical expertise with an intuitive, client-focused approach to create looks that reflect each person's style, lifestyle, and personality.
